PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our shop offers the following payment options:

Advance Payment
You pay to our bank account by direct SEPA bank transfer. We will send our bank account details with e-mail after the order processing. The goods will be shipped within 1 -3 working days after receipt of payment.
PayPal
You need to first be registered at PayPal. More information follows during the order processing. The goods will be shipped within 1 -3 working days after receipt of payment.
Purchase on account
Capitalised/incorporated companies may also pay on invoice after reception of the goods. This payment method is only available for companies registered in Germany. The goods will be shipped within 1 -3 working days after subscription

Shipping with parcel (usually DHL parcel service).

9,50 € gross incl. 19% German VAT

Shipping with DHL parcel or Goods Post International.
CHARGES:
21.00 € net for companies with European VAT Reg.No. (Value added tax ID number/ sales tax ID number)
21.00 € net = 24.99 € gross incl. 19% German VAT for companies without European VAT Reg.No. (Value added tax ID number/ sales tax ID number) or for private individuals (students/trainees/postgraduates)

II. 2. Express Shipping
Shipping with courier (usually DHL express, UPS, TNT or FedEx).
CHARGES:
75,00 € net for companies with European VAT Reg.No. (Value added tax ID number/ sales tax ID number)
75.00 € net = 89.25 € gross for companies incl. 19% German VAT without European VAT Reg.No. (Value added tax ID number/ sales tax ID number) or for private individuals (students/trainees/postgraduates)

III. SHIPPING TO UK - CH - NOR - USA - CAN

INFORMATION ON RETURN CONSIGNMENT FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS

The shop is dedicated to professional (commercial, scientific) customer groups, in especially to entrepreneurs and corporations according to § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Private individuals may not purchase here. Exception: we are offering trainees, students and postgraduates against proof (e.g. student ID) our biomaterial sample boxes at a significantly reduced price. The following information addresses to trainees/students/postgraduates within EU about their right to withdraw from the contract of sale and return of the purchased goods:

In case you are discontent with the delivered goods, you can cancel the order and make use of your 14-days right of rescission. For a quick and smooth return to sender and refund, please observe as follows:

Please inform us about the order cancelation by sending a formless e-mail so that we can send a gratuitous return shipping label.
Re-pack the goods into the original packaging and attach the return delivery note into the parcel.
Fill in the withdrawal form which has been included in the parcel with the purchased goods and enclose it in the return parcel.
Print the gratuitous return shipping label which we have sent by e-mail and attach it to the parcel.
Please consider: if the goods have been used, we will deduct the legally permissible amount. This can be avoided by only reviewing the goods, without leaving use marks/wear marks and by re-packing them into the original packaging prior to shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not exist:
If you are entrepreneur according to § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and on conclusion of the contract in the exercise of your commercial or independent activity, the right of withdrawal does not exist.
